Why should you be interested in yet another magazine? You have only 24 hours in a day and you only get each day once - so it's worth making sure that your time is well spent. What do you read and why? As you answer those questions for yourself you immediately realize that you can't read everything, you dare not read nothing, but that you should read something. Similarly, Automotive Leadership is not aimed at everybody: it's definitely aimed at somebody and we believe that somebody may well be you, a senior automotive industry executive.
Automotive Leadership fills a niche that is unique. Published four times a year, its goal is to provide a forum for the interests and needs of those senior executives in the global automotive industry whose strategies and decisions are bringing about the future. There will be a decidedly international and global bias - the issues facing automotive manufacturers and suppliers may begin as local concerns of customer needs or government legislation, within national boundaries, but increasingly expand into global policies. The magazine will also provide a forum for the exchange of opinions on some of these issues and help individual leaders to avail themselves of a broader platform and unite in formulating common objectives.
Historically there has been no global voice on behalf of the automotive industry. It's actions have been reactive rather than proactive. Automotive Leadership magazine will bring information to you by those who can identify the critical trends shaping our industry, who can best anticipate the impact of new policies and legislation, and who can suggest strategies for you to adopt.
